Refund policy

At SandWinders, we take pride in the quality of our products and stand behind their workmanship. Because of the size and nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or general dissatisfaction after delivery.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery. If your BeachRover XL arrives damaged during shipping, contains a manufacturing defect, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@sandwinders.com.

To help us evaluate your claim, please include:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Clear photographs of the product and, if applicable, the shipping packaging.

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, SandWinders will, at our discretion, repair, replace, or refund the affected product at no additional cost to you.

Returns Without Authorization

Products returned without prior authorization from SandWinders will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved because the product was damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly, SandWinders will provide instructions for returning the product and will cover reasonable return shipping costs when applicable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges at this time. If an exchange is approved as part of a warranty or shipping claim, we will provide replacement products or components as appropriate.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for the refund to be processed. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
