Every SandWinder's wheel is designed to spread weight over more sand instead of digging into it. The result is less sinking, easier pulling, and a beach wagon that goes where hard wheels simply can't.

While engineered specifically for soft beach sand, the same flexible wheel design that performs on sand also rolls confidently over grass, dirt, gravel, pavement, and other challenging surfaces, making it just as useful beyond the beach.

How the Tri-Flex™ is Made

Stainless Steel Bearings & Hardware

Double-sealed stainless steel ball bearings help keep out sand and moisture

Engineered ABS Wheel

The wheel's rigid core is molded from high-strength ABS.

UV-Protected TPU Tire

The outer tire is compressible UV-protected thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU).

Hard Plastic Wheels

Most beach wagons use hard plastic wheels. Some manufacturers make them wider or larger, but the wheels still don't flex under load. Instead, they concentrate the weight into a relatively small contact area.

As the weight increases, the wheel can't flex to spread the load. Instead, it sinks into the sand, creating the resistance that makes loaded beach wagons so difficult to pull.

SandWinder's Tri-Flex™ Wheel

The patent-pending SandWinders 10-inch Tri-Flex™ wheel is engineered to do what traditional hard wheels can't. As weight is applied, the flexible TPU tire compresses while the reinforced ABS core provides structural support. Instead of concentrating the load into a small contact area, the wheel spreads it across a much larger footprint.

The result is lower ground pressure, less sinking, and a wagon that stays on top of soft sand instead of plowing through it.
